Two ways to open the Birthdays dialog
- Click the toolbar icon -->

- Click the menu "Events" then click
"Birthdays..."
The Birthdays dialog shows the birthdays for all individual
contacts, their
spouse and children for each
month. Click the month on the left to view the birthdays for that month. To view
birthdays for contacts in a particular address book, select the address book in
the combo box located just above where the birthdays are displayed.

While the Birthdays dialog is open, click the "Print..." button to open the
Print Options dialog. The Print Options dialog allows you to select which months
to print and customize page header information. Below is an explanation of the
items located on the Print Options dialog.
- Months to Print - The months for which birthdays will be printed. At least 1
month must be selected. Click the "Select All" button to select all months
or the "Clear All" button to clear all months. By default, the month showing
on the Birthdays dialog is selected.
- Header - Lets you determine whether the date and/or page number will be
printed on each page. By default, both options are selected.
- Title - Allows you to enter the title for the first page printed and
determine the it's orientation (left, center or right) on the page. The
title is optional and can be left blank. The default title is based on the
address book selected and can be cleared.
After selecting the print options click the "OK" button. A printer and
platform dependent Print dialog will appear allowing you to select the printer
to use, number of copies etc. Select your Print dialog's print button (may be
labeled "Print" or "OK") to print the birthdays.

Note: birthdays will be printed for contacts that belong to the
address book
that is selected in the combo box that is located on the Birthdays dialog. To
print all Individual contact birthdays, make sure the All Individuals address
book is selected. The All Individuals address book is selected by default when
the Birthdays dialog first opens.
Note: Birthdays can be printed on letter size paper (8.5 x 11in) ONLY.

Upcoming Events dialog

Two ways to open the Upcoming Events dialog
- Click the toolbar icon -->

- Click the menu "Events" then click
"Upcoming Events..."
The Upcoming Events dialog shows all birthdays, anniversaries
and custom events (for all contacts)
that occur during the upcoming number of days (1 - 30) specified by you.

While the Upcoming Events dialog is open, click the "Print..." button to
open the Print Options dialog. The
"Print" button will be disabled if there are no events for the upcoming
number of days you specified.
The Print Options dialog allows you to select what events to print and customize
page header information. Below is an explanation of the items located on the
Print Options dialog.
- Events to Print - The events (birthdays, anniversaries
and custom events) that will be
printed. At least 1 must be selected. By default, the ones events are
selected.
- Header - Lets you determine whether the date and/or page number will be
printed on each page. By default, both options are selected.
- Title - Allows you to enter the title for the first page printed and
determine the it's orientation (left, center or right) on the page. The
title is optional and can be left blank. The default title is "Upcoming
Events for the next " (1-30) "days" and can be cleared.
After selecting the print options click the "OK" button. A printer and
platform dependent Print dialog will appear allowing you to select the printer
to use, number of copies etc. Select your Print dialog's print button (may be
labeled "Print" or "OK") to print upcoming events.
